Sicilian sunshine in a bottle
I managed to live in Sicily for two years courtesy of the United States Navy and one of my favorite things about living there was the fresh citrus. The Commanding Officer for the base there had a lemon tree in his front yard... as you can imagine, we had to leave that one alone... but there were plenty others! Now we have our own Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic Vinegar. Our very own Maury makes a reduction using this vinegar and fresh thyme. It pairs exceptionally well with our Whole Fruit Persian Lime Olive Oil and there are few things better as a reduction over grilled shrimp.
