We receive new Extra Virgin Olive Oil twice per year... by having oil produced in both the Northern and Southern Hemisphere we are able to provide you with the absolute freshest oils on the market.  Once or twice per year we also receive a new flavored oil and/or balsamic vinegar.  One of these will be included whenever they become available. 

You have the choice of pre-ordering your selections or allowing us to select for you based on what is new in store.  For example... in January, we received a brand new Manzanillo EVOO fresh from California... the freshest product available, that is what we would send you in January along with one of our best Balsamic Vinegars.  In February we should be receiving a new oil or flavored vinegar from Italy... that may be the February choice. 

This package is billed monthly and is exempt from any other internet promotions or shipping specials.

Your Club Membership starts on the 1st of the following month.  (i.e... if you join on the 17th of December, your first shipment will be in the month of January)
