Made with 12 year Balsamic vinegar from Modena and natural figs. Great harmony, rich and full of fig flavor. Fig Balsamic is great to pair with our Orange and Lemon olive oils.
A favorite in our home... mix our Sweet Lemon EVOO with our Fig Balsamic 50/50 and add a tablespoon or two of plain yogurt and whisk together. The Tang in the yogurt is similar to the tang in the vinegar so they don't compete. The oil and vinegar both bind together for a delicious creamy vinegarette.
