The taste of garlic and fresh herbs... all part of this oil from the very beginning.  Enjoy a taste of the Italian countryside with an oil you will want to use on everything from salad dressings to marinades.  All you add is a little Parmagiano Reggiano and a some cracked black pepper (if you wish). Also great over any vegetables that you would otherwise use a pat of butter on.  Now produced Organically!
