The Story
Di Olivas is St. Louis's premier Olive Oil and Balsamic Vinegar tasting emporium. We founded Di Olivas to bring you the freshest and best Extra Virgin Olive Oils from around the world. The founders of Di Olivas have a shared passion for good food and wide variety. We have had the opportunity to visit and live in many parts of the world, from Asian Pacific Islands to the Mediterranean to the Middle East... and we have taken a little bit of the cuisine from each of these places into our home and kitchen. We are excited to announce the opening of our NEW LOCATION on Historic Main Street in St. Charles. You will find all of your favorites from our West County location plus oils and vinegars that we had discontinued to make room for new flavors. We are bringing you a High Heat blend suitable for frying as well as Aceto Balsamico Tradizionale in White Label (12 year old) and Gold Label (25 year old).
